Article 1: Purpose
These sales general conditionsgovern the sale by Bono-Vallon society of all products
offered on www.chabaudparfum.com. They define the rights and obligations of each party
born from the sale of products offered by this website.
They also determine the ordering of steps and ensure their follow-up.
Article 2: Products
Availability
Our products are available as long as they are visible on the website
www.chabaudparfum.com and in the stocks. For products not stocked, our offers are valid
subject to availability from our suppliers.
In case of unavailability of product after placing your order we will notify you by mail. Your
order will be canceled and no bank debit will be made.
In addition, www.chabaudparfum.com website is not intended to sell its products in large
quantities. Therefore the Bono-Vallon company reserves the right to refuse orders of up to
8 identical items.
Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable
on the date of the order), unless otherwise indicated and except expenses of treatment
and forwarding.
For orders to countries other than France you are the importer of the products concerned.
Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These
rights are not within the purview of the Bono-Vallon society. They are your responsibility
and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of statements and payments to the
authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with
your local authorities.
All orders whatever their origin are payable in euros. If using a debit card attached to an
account that is outside of the Euro zone, you will see you implement your bank exchange
fees and bank commission will be your responsibility.
The Bono-Vallon reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be
charged based on the rate in effect at the time of confirmation of the order and subject to
availability.
Article 3: Ordering
3.1. The ordering process
By browsing the Site, the Consumer has the opportunity to read the Products
offered for sale on the day of consulting the Site. Browsing the different pages of
the Site does not bind the Consumer in any way regarding an order.
During their navigation, the Consumer wishing to place an order can do so by
following the following steps:
· Fill your virtual basket by clicking on the “Add to cart” icon, which appears next to
each Product viewed.
As soon as this operation has been carried out, the Consumer will see a message
appear which validates the addition, and the number of items displayed at the top
right of the screen found in the basket.
· Continue your visit or click on “Order” to see the items in the order displayed on
the screen, and in particular the total amount (without transport costs) the nature of
the products ordered and their quantity.
The Consumer can return to this order, complete it, modify it, cancel it as long as he
has not validated it. If the Consumer wishes to choose other Product(s), he will then
continue our purchases, being assured that the Product(s) he has just selected
is/are well preserved in the “Order” section.
· If the customer has a reduction code, he can enter it in his virtual cart. The total
amount of the order will then be automatically recalculated.
· Once the selection of Products is complete, the Consumer can validate the order
by clicking on “Order”.
From then on, a new Internet page will open inviting the Consumer to
i) identify yourself with your email and password to order using your customer
account or
ii) order by creating a customer account.
The Consumer must then provide their contact details, accurately filling out the form
provided to them. In particular, he undertakes to indicate an address to which
delivery can be made during business hours, as well as his first name(s) and email
address.
For any order delivered outside the European Union, the price will necessarily be
excluding tax.
The Consumer may refer to CHABAUD’s “Confidentiality Policy” to obtain more
details on the way in which CHABAUD collects and processes their personal data.
CHABAUD cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the inaccuracy
of the information communicated by the Consumer.
· Finally, the Consumer must choose the type of delivery desired (home delivery or
in-store collection) and their method of payment (bank cards, PayPal…). At the
bottom of this same page, an order summary will include all the information relating
to this order, namely the nature, quantity and price of the Products and the overall
amount of the order (including shipping costs).
· After knowing the status of their order, the Consumer will be invited:
- Either click on the “Confirm order” button in order to pay for your order, in
accordance with the provisions of article 4 of these General Terms and Conditions;
- Either click on the “Order” button in the navigation module at the top left, in order
to modify the characteristics of their order and/or the information relating to their
personal contact details;
· By clicking on the “Pay” button, the Consumer must first read the GTC, then
secondly, check a box opposite the message “I declare that I have read and accept
fully and without reservation the general conditions of sale”.
Once these General Terms and Conditions have been accepted and the order
confirmed, an Internet page of secure payment service provider – will open.
· The Consumer must then pay for their order.
3.2. Order confirmation
Once the order is confirmed, the screen with the confirmation and order details will
appear and the customer will receive an email to the email address entered
confirming and summarizing the order.
3.3. Order shipped
Once the order has been shipped, a second email will arrive confirming the
shipment and with the link to follow the tracking.
3.4. Coupons and offers
In the event that the customer is entitled to a discount code or preferential
conditions for his purchase, a separate email will be sent to him with the details of
the offer.
Article 4: Payment
The fact confirming your order for you involves the obligation to pay the quoted price.
Payment for your purchases is made by credit card through the secure system Stripe,
Paypal, and other systems explained on the site at the time of payment.
The flow of the chart is performed at the time of shipment of the order. If split deliveries,
only products shipped are charged.
Article 5: Delivery and receipt
Delivery methods
When the order is ready, Products will be delivered to the address indicated during the
ordering process. The products are delivered to France for Europe and outside Europe
(upon verification of the shipping method). The amount of shipping costs is given at the
time of placing the order.
Time frames
Products purchased will be delivered by regular postal services that undertake to deliver
packages on time following ways: 2-5 business days from shipment for delivery in France,
and 3-7 days for delivery Europe, and up to 10-15 days outside Europe. On Sundays and
public holidays are not considered working days. In any event, and in accordance with the
provisions of Article L. 121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code, the order will be executed
within a maximum of thirty (30) days following the day after the consumer forwarded his
order, subject to full payment.
Delay in delivery
In case of delayed shipment, an email will be sent to inform you of a possible impact on
the delivery time that was indicated to you.
As required by law, in case of delay in delivery, you get the option to cancel the order in
the terms and conditions set out in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. If in the
meantime you receive the product we will proceed to refund delivery charges and the
conditions of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.

If deliveries by a carrier, the Bono-Vallon company can not be held responsible for late
delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the client after several appointments
proposals.
Reception
Article 6: Withdrawal right and return right
Pursuant to Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period
from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without any reasons
or to pay a penalty.
The returns should be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories,
manuals). In this context, you are liable. Damage to the product at that time may be liable
to thwart the right of withdrawal.
Return costs are the shipping costs, borned by the buyer.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Bono-Vallon Company will refund the
amounts paid within 14 days of the notification of your application and via the same means
of payment used in The order.
Article 7: Right to conformity and
guarantee
The product(s) are subject to the warranty conditions provided by French law:
“Article L.211-4 of the Consumer Code: The seller must deliver goods in conformity and
liable for defects of conformity existing upon delivery. It also answers the lack of conformity
resulting from the packaging, instructions for assembly or installation when it was put to

the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it was intended, or that decrease
this use that the buyer the would not have acquired, or would have paid a lower price if he
had known.”
“Article 1648, first paragraph of the Civil Code: The action resulting from latent defects
must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of vice.”
In case of non-compliance of a product sold, it can be returned, exchanged or refunded.
All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email or phone within 30
days of delivery.
The products must be returned in the condition in which you received them with all the
elements (accessories, packaging, instructions …). The shipping costs will be reimbursed
on the basis of the invoiced price, return costs will not be reimbursed.
Article 8: Liability
The products offered comply with French legislation. Responsibility for the Bono-Vallon
company can not be held liable for non-compliance with the legislation of the country
where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the
possibilities of importation or use of products or services you plan to order.
Furthermore, the Bono-Vallon company can not be held liable for damages resulting from
misuse of the product purchased.
Finally the responsibility of the Bono-Vallon company can not be held liable for any
inconvenience or damage arising from the use of the Internet, including a break in service,
external intrusion or presence of computer viruses.
